Saab’s Brazilian production partnership with Embraer has reached a new milestone as the first locally manufactured Gripen E fighter begins its flight acceptance campaign.
The aircraft completed its maiden flight from Embraer’s Gavião Peixoto aerodrome in São Paulo state on 6 October, according to a press release.
